For SYBR Green assays: We design and validate custom primers onsite for your specific genes of interest. Our scientists use industry-leading design software and optimization protocols to ensure high specificity and efficiency. SYBR Green assays cost just $50 per gene (one-time cost for up to 1,000 samples).
For TaqMan assays: We offer both:
- Pre-validated TaqMan assays from Applied Biosystems inventory ($225 per gene, up to 100 samples) – available for thousands of well-characterized genes
- Custom made-to-order TaqMan assays ($325 per gene, up to 100 samples) – designed for unique sequences, splice variants, or proprietary targets
Multi-gene panels: We specialize in custom SYBR Green-based multi-gene panels designed to YOUR specifications. Whether analyzing a published pathway or a panel of your own choosing, you won’t be restricted to pre-defined gene sets. One-time setup: $1,200 for up to 90 genes plus 5 endogenous controls (includes design, validation, and analysis of first 2 samples).
